Fluently bilingual, hardworking and service-oriented, Susan has worked as a lawyer for over 25 years and as a mediator for close to 25 years. She obtained a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall - York University.
Certified as a collaborative lawyer, Susan works in all areas of family law. She deals with complex family matters, including divorces, custody and access disputes, child support, spousal support, and division of property. She also has extensive experience as a children’s counsel. Susan also does child protection work and has done extensive work in the field of adoption.
Furthermore, Susan acts as an arbitrator for all family-related matters. Her practice is rounded out with her work in residential real estate (purchase, sale and mortgage) and in wills and estates.
Bruno attended Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in 2015. Bruno then graduated from the University of Ottawa’s program of common law in french, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2018. He completed his articling with a military law firm and was subsequently called to the Ontario Bar in 2019.
During his law school studies, Bruno studied family law and was a member of the Family Division at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic. Since his call to the Bar, Bruno practices mostly in the areas of Family Law and Child Protection. In addition, Bruno offers services for wills and powers of attorney. He works hard to resolve disputes as amicably and efficiently as possible. He is currently accepting clients with Legal Aid Ontario certificates.
In addition to being a member of the Law Society of Ontario (LSO), Bruno is a member of the Carleton County Law Association (CCLA), as well as the Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Ontario (AJEFO).
Bruno is perfectly bilingual and is happy to offer his services in both official languages.
